📣 Box Content and Send to Amazon Workflow

Amazon has now begun the process of removing the current Seller Central interface in favor of the Send to Amazon Interface. 

Users that create their shipment through InventoryLab will still have access to the old workflow until an unspecified date. After completing the shipment in InventoryLab, there will be an option to use the old workflow:

To continue as normal, we highly advise that you remain on the old workflow for now. This gives you the best chance to be able to make any shipment changes through InventoryLab.

If you choose to switch Send to Amazon for your shipments, you'll need to make sure that you complete all changes, including box content feed sends and corrections BEFORE you make the switch. Any shipments changed to Send to Amazon will not correctly receive any changes through 3rd parties. This includes:

- Quantities Changes
- Box content changes including box and expiration date changes
- Dimensions changes
- Using the Add to Working shipment option

There won't be any option to make the changes in Seller Central either.

Eventually, Amazon will automatically convert these shipments over. In this case, we advise not to navigate to Seller Central until you are completely finished with list & prep for your shipment.

We are currently working with both Amazon and our own developers on alternatives or other solutions. We will announce to everyone if changes are implemented.
