If you're not seeing chat available, please leave a detailed message so that we can get to your concern as soon as possible. We are currently experiencing a high volume of tickets, so SLA times may be a bit longer than usual. We're actively taking steps to get back to our normal times.

    Regarding the need for post-approval, we have found this is needed to avoid our users accidentally posting sensitive information.

    And then the post must be "approved". Talk about censorship..
