It looks like Amazon changed over to a new layout for the shipping summary, which removed the Mark as Shipped button that allowed you to officially close out Live shipments. Now, it's set so that your shipment will not be marked as shipped until the first scan from the carrier. Shipments now appear to be set to Ready to Ship automatically in Seller Central once completed.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to mark these shipments as shipped on our end for right now. We have reached out to our team to see if we can implement an alternative solution for Live shipments to avoid the issue with new batches adding to completed shipments.
For now, to avoid the issue with new batches adding to completed shipments, you will need to use Private batches.
I'm sorry we don't have a better workaround, but our team is looking into ways to help with this. We'll update you once we have more information.
