**Service Recovering**InventoryLab is Currently Experiencing Inventory and Listing Search Issues
**UPDATE 7/8/21 10:45PM ET***
Services are recovering. You may see that you are able to search in your Unlisted and regular Inventory. If your issue is completely resolved, you will also be able to pull up your Unlisted inventory when searching while listing.
**UPDATE**
Currently, selecting Amazon + Unlisted will allow you to search and not pull back an error. However, it will not search and pull back your unlisted inventory. Use the steps below to ensure you are using the same MSKU while listing.
Hello everyone!
We are currently experiencing issues with searching for inventory items and searching for items while listing.
Our development team is looking into the root cause and a solution for this as quickly as possible. We will update everyone once we have more information or a resolution.
While search for inventory will be down, you will still be able to list during this time. What you'll need to do is switch your search from Amazon + Unlisted (if you have that selected) to just Amazon Catalog.
If you need to use your Unlisted Inventory items, you won't be able to search for them. What you can do to replenish is to make sure you're choosing the correct ASIN, and pasting the correct MSKU in the MSKU field.
You are still able to scroll through your inventory in the Inventory pages to find items as well. Once things are back up and you are able to search, you can deduct the quantities you listed in batches.
I hope that helps! We will continue to update everyone.
