*UPDATE, RESOLVED* Amazon Shipping Queue Issues 9/2/2020
UPDATE: This issue appears to be resolved as shipments are appearing in the Shipping Queue normally again. Please open a ticket with support if you have any questions.
There is currently an issue with Amazon’s UI for the Shipping Queue. Any shipments created are not visible in Seller Central, and box contents information is not appearing.
To access shipments created in IL, click on the shipment under the Working Shipments section to open the shipment in Seller Central. Wait for an Amazon Reference Number to populate under 'Shipment Name/ID'. Then, change the Shipping Method to LTL and back to SPD to refresh the page. This should allow you to move forward until Amazon has resolved the issue.
To find shipments no longer in IL, use the search within Seller Central's Shipping Queue.
We are in contact with Amazon and will update once the issue has been resolved. We advise each user to create an individual case as well.
