Error message when trying to send shipment

    Hey Carole, sorry you ran into this!  It looks like there may have been a hiccup with Amazon's MWS API (the service we use to communicate with them as a third party) for a few minutes earlier today that has since cleared up.  I apologize for any inconvenience this caused!

    Please let us know if you continue to run into errors when attempting to create shipments and we'll take a closer look for you right away.
