    Hey Robert!  Sorry you're running into this!  We've had our development team take a look on the backend and we see that Amazon is having current issues with their MWS. When adding a product to a batch, we have to send a call to Amazon to make sure it can go in a shipment, and it is that area of their services that appears to be down.

    We'll update you here as well as push out a notification once we see that it's resolving, so please stay tuned!

    UPDATE: It appears the intermittent issues with the Amazon MWS today have been resolved. Please refresh your screen before attempting to list products or adding them to a shipment again. If you're still running into errors, please reach out to us in support.
