why is IL not updating refunds?

    Hey Denmar!  Amazon provides us a report at the close of each of your settlement periods with them (usually every 2 weeks). This report contains a lot of information that we sync including majority of your expenses and your refunds.  A full list of what we track from your settlement reports can be found here:

    Within 48 hours of us receiving a new settlement report, any new data since your last report will pull in and be provided, and the 'Last Reconciled' timestamp at the top of your Profit & Loss report will update.  With that being said, if you feel that refunds are missing from your InventoryLab account, please open a ticket with support and include the order ID(s) that are missing so we can troubleshoot within your account.
