Scoutify 2 not working.( We apologize a server error occurred)

    Hey BJ!  Glad we could get to the bottom of this issue in our chat today! :)

    For anyone else running into this message when trying to search for products in Scoutify, please try the steps linked below in Stratify.  If you're not able to pull anything up after 15 minutes of completing the steps, please open a ticket with support and we'll be able to take a closer look at your account.

    Unable to List - Product not Found

    Hey Ruthie! It looks like you may not have a Pro Seller account with Amazon. Our support team replied to a ticket you created a short while ago, so be sure to check your email!
