is the "contact us" under the "Support" button merely to throw users to the wind?

    Hey Sherril!  Sorry to hear this is happening!  Could you please try the steps in the following support article to see if they help?  We created this for customers who were having issues clicking the button to search for products but it seems to have also done the trick for customers having issues sending tickets as well:

    I can't search for items I want to add to my batch!

    If this doesn't work, you can email us directly at support@inventorylab.com with any questions and we can continue to troubleshoot this as well.
