Relisting Amazon Removals

    HI Alex,

I answered your ticket in support about this issue, but I'll add it here as well in case anyone else has questions about this.

When you get a return from a customer, and it is sellable, make sure you mark the return under Accounting>Refunds as Sellable. This is because we will remove the cost of goods sold from the original sale and it will be counted when you sell it again.

When and Why to Change a Refund to Sellable

When you remove the item from Amazon, it will also be removed from your InventoryLab inventory once a sync is done, so when you send it back in to Amazon use the same cost for the item, which would be what you paid originally for it.

This will be the cost when the item sells again, and will become part of the cost of goods sold again on the Profit and Loss report.

I hope this helps, but please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
