Unable to sync my seller central account with inventory lab

    Hey There Frank, I am sorry to hear you are running into an issue with this! It could be that this change has not yet been updated via Amazon's MWS API (How Amazon communicates with third parties). Are you also registered with a Professional Seller account on the US Marketplace?

    I have the same problem but my account has always been professional and it tells me a credential error I am wasting time and money and the app does not connect I have been 3 days like this and nobody solves my problem

    Hey there Daines! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble! Can you please ensure there are no additional spaces entered before or after your email address and password that could be causing this error? If you are using autofill to generate your username and password, delete both and manually key them in. If not, I would suggest utilizing the "Forgot Password" link within the application to reset your password.

    If this does not work and you are still unable to log in, please submit a ticket with us and we'll be happy to take a closer look!

    I am new to all of this stuff and just recently signed up for FBA I just did my video call to verify my identity with Amazon cause right now my account is deactivated so when I’m trying to sync my info from Amazon to inventory lab I keep getting a message to give inventory lab permission on Amazon central seller could it be cause my account is deactivated right at the moment cause it won’t let me do anything on the app at all and when will I know that my info has been synced cause I keep hitting the button to give no Bentley lab permission and it doesn’t do anything but pop up that message again to redirect me back to Amazon centra seller so I’m so confused

    Hi there Ashley, welcome to IL! You will need to have a Pro Seller account with Amazon's US marketplace to use IL. So, if you recently signed up for a seller account with Amazon, you will need to give them some time to fully set up your account. Once it has been, you should be able to pair accounts with no issue :) When logging into IL, you will be prompted to pair your account to Amazon, and clicking OK will redirect you to log into your seller account. Logging into your seller account is the step that links your accounts. This article from our user guide will help further :)

    Since you are just getting started with FBA, you may want to give yourself some time to build some inventory and sales before signing up for IL. This will also give you the time needed to learn more about Amazon's processes and requirements for sellers.

    My account won't sync. It has been 2 days of syncing to no avail... beyond frustrated

    Hi Maxwell! I'm sorry you were running into this. It looks like we responded to your ticket and let you know that your account has been synced and good to go. If you are still seeing the orange bar, however, try logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies, and logging in again.
