It's a busy Friday in 4th quarter and inventorylab is flatlining today. Whenever we login there is this message: Well, that didn't work. I'm unable to process or ship and there is so much inventory in our office I can barely walk around it. I'm not seeing live chat anymore and my support ticket was answered with an automated message saying "We'll get back to you within 24 hours..."
