Private Batch items declined kept in a new batch

    Hi there Traci, thanks for reaching out! This is a suggestion that our team is currently reviewing. In the meantime, once your original batch is closed you can navigate to List>Closed batches and click the check box next to each item you did not yet ship. From there choose Restore>New Batch in the upper right corner. This will create a new batch with all of the items you have not yet shipped.
