Box contents will not go into AZ

    Hi Paul! There was a delay, but it also looks like two of your shipments have an expiration date error.  You can find these errors under List > Amazon Listing Errors.  To make the corrections, follow the directions in the below article:

    Hello Melita! Our team was able to confirm that Amazon was actually cancelling feeds for a while last night. In response to the delay that occurred yesterday, an Amazon rep did state that high volume could delay feeds up to 8 hours, so it seems like there may be a higher volume of feed use through the MWS system.

    After checking a few accounts to be sure, it looks like the issue is finally resolved for now.

    Since the feeds were cancelled, you're going to have to resend your box contents feeds again:

    Thanks for your patience while we took a look into this. We'll be following up with Amazon to see if we can expect more issues like this in the meantime.
