    Hi Joanne!  I'm sorry you're running into this- I see that your support ticket has already been addressed and linked to the case open with our development team.  We will let you know once this is resolved.  Please take the steps in the following video as a workaround to use Firefox, in the meantime: https://www.useloom.com/share/338af83a74f346498edc708c4b264cc3
