New update is a hot mess for inventory updates and uploads!

    Hi John! I just sent you an email regarding your issues so reach back out if you have any more questions. Just to recap - you are still able to update this information via import, it just will not display on the main page or in your export until after inventory is received. I have reached out to our dev team to see if there's something we can do to account for inbound items on an MSKU in this situation.

    For the repricer integrations, no cost/unit will sync if there is no inventory, but this is how it has been. Once inventory is received, it will sync and you'll be able to continue repricing with the costs while the inventory is active.

    same sort of issue.   sure I cn update via import, but with amazon constantly finding old inventory there are always items that are not on my normal imports.   I used to be able to run a sort on screen and see all items without costs.   I could then fix live or export and fix.  Now this is not possible.    PLEASE - NEVER remove data from reports - in this case cost.   If someone requests a new feature like active cost dont remove existing data that is very important for businesses.   There are hundreds of reasons to see the costs for inactive items.  And no, its not practical to click into each item to see the data.   I now 3480 items without an active cost.   So which of these needs an actual cost entered?

    I totally second this, Charles. The inventory functionality was very good before, and now I hate it. Having to spend time and re-enter data? Wrong.

    Hey Charles & Donald. Until our development team has had a chance to correct this, you can still access your cost info as it hasn't been deleted. You won't see it on the main inventory page right now but if you click on the MSKU, it's available on the sub MSKU page. We'll let you know when it's been resolved.
