Today I submitted a batch 2018-05-31 10:05 to amazon. Shipping plan was created but when I went to calculate shipping costs the plan because unavailable and soon after it disapeared. We also received an email stating that Amazon has received the shipment. It looks like I am going to need to re submit that plan, but I want to make sure I do it correctly. How do I restore that order and resubmit. And do I need to open a case with Seller Support?
