    Hey David! I am sorry to hear you are running into an issue with this!  Logging out of IL and then back in should do the trick if you are still running into issues.   If that doesn't work, please clear your cache and cookies.  Steps to help can be found in the following support article- How to Clear Cache

    If this doesn't do the trick, please open a ticket with support and we'll continue to troubleshoot with you.

    I am having the same issue.  My card was charged and I still don't have access.  It says my subscription will begin May 19th.  I cleared my cache and re-logged in and it still didn't work.  How can I open the ticket to resolve?

    If anyone else is running into issues with this and logging out/back in and clearing cache and cookies doesn't work, you can open a ticket with support by clicking the Submit a request button at the top of this page or emailing support@inventorylab.com.
