    Hey Muzette! We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  It looks like a Customer Champion already responded to your ticket so please be sure to reply if you're still experiencing this!

     

    If anyone else is experiencing something similar, please try clicking on your name in the upper right corner of IL and log out and then try logging in once more.  If it does not work, please clear your cache and cookies.  Steps to help can be found in the following support article- How to Clear Cache

    If this does not resolve the issue, please reach open a ticket with support so so we can continue to investigate this within your account.

    It is not working again.  I have cleared the cache, etc. and logged out and in and once again it is stuck on the billing screen.

    If anyone else is running into issues with this and logging out/back in and clearing cache and cookies doesn't work, you can open a ticket with support by clicking the Submit a request button at the top of this page or emailing support@inventorylab.com.

    locked out again and none of those fixes are working
