Labels only printing barcode

I'm new to Inventorylab.  I am using a Dymo 450 Turbo.  When the label prints, it is only the Barcode.  There should be the title and condition too, correct?  Can you please help.

  Hi there, Jason! Typically when that happens, it means you have DYMO Connect installed, which can be pretty finicky with web-based printing.

  We've got an article here since we noticed it happening so frequently when DYMO Connect was released: Why are my labels printing just a barcode or a telephone?

  To fix that, remove your printing setup in IL, uninstall DYMO Connect from your computer, and then restart it.

  Then, return to IL and set up your DYMO with the Label Writer software 8.7.4 and IL Print.
