    Hello all!

Due to the ongoing outage of Amazon's Inbound Fulfillment API, there is a throttling issue with adding to batches and creating shipments within InventoryLab. This is currently affecting all third parties who utilize Amazon's API.

As a result, the API outage is causing some InventoryLab users to intermittently receive the "You exceeded your quota for the requested resource" error message.

We are waiting for a reply from our contacts at Amazon's Selling Partner support and will update you via in-app notification once we have more information.

In the meantime, you can keep track of the issue on Amazon's API Status Page.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Thank you for your patience while this particular service is down on Amazon's end.

Its definitely a bug but I figured sort of a work around. When adding a product, don't change anything (price, expiration, purchase date and etc) and don't put the quantity to anything other than 1. I noticed if I put anything over 1 quantity it will ALWAYS give me that error.

If I add the product and leave the quantity as 1, there is a 50/50 chance it will add the product. Again, this isn't 100% but if you keep trying to add the product it'll eventually add ONLY if you have quantity as 1.

Once its added, then you can go ahead and change everything else such as purchase date, expiration, price and etc.

    Hope this helps a bit.

The official comment stating its happening with all API's is hard to believe. I will test out 2D Workflow (inventorylab competitor) and report back to you guys, sad it has to come to this but since there is no resolve in sight, the only solution is to replace!

God bless the small business owners here!

What I do is keep resubmitting for ex: if its adding to bach i enter the same info and add to bach a couple of times until it works. Same with submitting to Amazon, I do the same thing. This worked for me during my last bach yesterday Jan 28, 2024. Try this while this error message keeps poping up, hepfully it will disappear soon.
