    Hello Vandelay LLC, it looks like the FBA Inbound API is still down, and until that's fixed, no 3rd-party applications will be able to create shipments.

    To check on the status of Amazon's API, you can do so at their website here:

    Hi, Dennis! I'm so sorry for this internal error issue. Unfortunately, this is a system-wide outage within Amazon's API and we are awaiting their resolution so that service can get back up and running. Until then, we do not have control to bypass or avoid it. We deeply apologize for that!

    We've opened a case with several of their support teams to track the progress on this, and we're keeping an eye on their SP-API Health Dashboard to see when the "Fulfillment Inbound API" outage has been resolved. https://sellercentral.amazon.com/sp-api-status

    For now, if you need to create a shipment, you may still do so directly within Seller Central, as this is only affecting third parties such as InventoryLab. I'm sorry for the inconvenience for now. Keep an eye on your inbox and the notifications within your IL account for when we get word on Amazon's update to fix this.
