2D Barcodes

When I went to click "Print 2D barcodes" entered box weight and dimensions. Window usually pops up with the 2D barcodes. IL popped up a window that there is an error and they are working on it. This was yesterday and today it still shows error. Can I send my boxes in without the 2D barcode on boxes. These need to get to UPS and I don't know how long it is going to take your team to fix the error.

So am asking if I can send in my boxes without the 2D barcodes since they won't pop up in IL from an error issue they are having?
