Getting "product not found" when trying to create shipments/labels

Hey Dennis, sorry you are running into this!

Currently, there is a widespread issue with the Amazon Catalog search function via Seller Central and the Selling Partner API (the system used to communicate with third parties).  This affects the ability to search for items within Stratify, Scout, and Scoutify.

We'll update via a notification with Stratify as soon as we have additional information or when the issue seems to be resolved.  In the meantime, you can check the issue's status by visiting Amazon's SP-API Health Dashboard.

Now every single time I search for an ASIN or one of my own FNSKUs in the "Amazon Catalog" while in "List & Prep" I get "Product not found." Then, when I do a second search literally right after that, it pulls up the product. Pretty annoying having to double search for everything.

Hi Dennis! Sorry for the double searching- that definitely shouldn't be happening.
You may want to try closing out, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back in to try again. If that doesn't help, try performing the same action in an Incognito window. If the issue doesn't happen in an incognito window, then one of your browser extensions may be interfering with the process.

If none of the above helps, send us a ticket at support@inventorylab.com along with some example ASINs/FNSKUs in your account that this is happening to, and we'll run some testing with you to see if we can get to the bottom of it!
