Hi there, Melissa! I'm sorry for the troubles with printing your shipping labels, but I'd be glad to help.

If the issue is that your labels are not downloading automatically for you to print, you may want to check your browser's pop-up settings to allow pop-ups from InventoryLab. Then, once you disable the pop-up blocker, you can try once more to print the shipping labels, which should automatically download them into a .PDF file for you.

If the issue is that your labels are not combining the shipping and box label together on one 8.5x11 sheet, then I do apologize as that is not an available function in InventoryLab at this time. Our development team has received a few requests for this capability though, so you're not alone! I'll go ahead and add your feedback to their open suggestion so they can see there is an increase in interest for this type of feature.

As a workaround in the meantime, you may be able to manually adjust your printing settings to print them both on an 8.5x11 instead of separated onto two 4x6 labels. To do this, open up the .PDF file in your browser and select the option to print. Depending on your available print settings, you may be able to adjust the settings to print 2 pages per page, and then set the label/paper size to 8.5x11.

If you need additional help with your print settings, feel free to send us some screenshots or a screen recording along with the details of what you're needing help with to support@inventorylab.com. We'd be glad to take a closer look with you and see how we can help :)
