Delivery Window Required for Non-Partnered Carriers Via Send to Amazon
Starting on April 24th, Amazon began rolling out a requirement for a delivery window if you use a non-partner carrier to ship your items via the Send to Amazon process.
According to Amazon:
"This new feature is aimed at helping us get your products in stock faster at fulfillment centers and making the shipment process timely. A “delivery window” is an estimated date range of when you expect your shipment to arrive at a fulfillment center. With this information, we can better plan our operations to help get your products in stock faster"
If you use a non-partnered carrier for small parcel or LTL shipments, you must specify a seven-day delivery window for domestic shipments or a 14-day window for international shipments.
