UPDATE on Send to Amazon - Editing Your Shipments in Send to Amazon

Amazon recently announced some updates to the Send to Amazon workflow, that will officially be the only workflow available in Seller Central starting on March 1st, 2023. 

Don't worry, you can still use InventoryLab to list items, create shipments, and provide box contents to Amazon since we send the information through the API. Once box contents has been sent however, the only editing to the shipments takes place in Seller Central. Previously the information was that no editing would be allowed but Amazon recently sent an update via email to sellers regarding this. 

To edit a shipment, once you have confirmed it on the Send to Amazon page, navigate to Step 2 (Confirmed Shipment line) or Step 3 (Print Box Labels) and click on the View button. Once opened, click on the View or Edit Contents button :

After clicking on View or Edit Contents you can edit the information in the shipment: 

Keep in mind that you can edit the number of units in a shipment by up to 5% above or below the original amount up to six units. If you need to make changes above this limit, you must cancel the shipment and create a new one. The below articles have more information on this process:
