    Hey there! Sorry to hear you're having trouble! This typically happens when your InventoryLab password contains a special character that cannot be recognized by Scoutify 2. I'd recommend temporarily changing your password to a simple alphanumeric password and trying again to see if this fixes the issue. If so, you may need to select a new password without the previously used special characters. If this doesn't help, send us a ticket and we'll be happy to take a closer look!
