@Vee - it would be good to also post the answers here so that other users could see them.

    1. Youtube.
    2. Trial is only the last 3 months or so. Full version gets you all the data, but you still need to go back through and enter your COGS, Mileage, and all the other data that you are tracking.
    3. It will generate a P&L report based on your amazon.com sales (not any other country), and only will be as good as all the info you put into it. You need to include your business expenses, mileage, COGS, etc. in order to have an accurate representation.
    4. If you are out of inventory for an item, you have to enter the COGS via the Accounting --> FBA/Merchant Sales (I would recommend learning how to upload them in bulk via Excel). If you still have active inventory you can update all the purchases you've made of that inventory directly and it will auto adjust all your previous sales information.

Thanks Walter and very good point!

Just to add to this, we also have a User Guide, Troubleshooting Guide, and Video Tutorials section. Additionally, you can sign up for a live webinar.

If you subscribe, you will need to take the steps to pull in your historical data.

We also have a taxes checklist, and we are hosting a webinar with Cyndi Thomason of bookskeep on the 19th if interested.

Finally, just to clarify, you want to bulk import into sales only if the items no longer exist in your inventory. We still sync items that are inactive due to being out of stock, but not closed, deleted, or blocked listings. You can also import into the inventory pages if you do not have replenishments. If you do, you'll need to go in individually. You can find more info on that here.

Hope that helps anyone else out!
