🚨 Chatbox Issues
UPDATE 2:
This is related to the language settings in Chrome. To set this to English, follow these steps until we have issued a fix:Â

1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser, to the left of your picture icon

2. Select Settings>Languages and make sure it is set to English
Â
3. If English is not listed, use the Add Language button to add it as an option.Â
Â
4. Make sure to restart your browser.
Â
We will update you once you can revert back to the original language for your browser.Â

it appears this may be related to the language selection in the Chrome browser. Try switching to English to see if that removes the blockage caused by the chat window.Â

Once you've done that, make sure you completely close the browser, open a new session and log back into InventoryLab.Â
If the issue persists, please try opening a private/incognito window within your browser and try seeing if that temporarily alleviates the issue:

If the chat box disappears in a private session, it definitely points to a browser plugin/extension causing the issue. This would prevent us from testing and replicating it in your account as well.Â
Turning off all plugins/extensions in a normal browser window and turning them on one by one should help find the culprit when you have the time to test them.
If you notice which extension is causing the issue, could you please respond with which extension it is and we can update our developers accordingly?
