The message chat option won't go away

I logged in and there is a blue automatic chat help box in the bottom right that will not go away. Its preventing me from adding any books to my batch. Its 10:45 eastern time, and yet, live chat is unavailable with the hours of 10am-3pm eastern? How do I disable Champy and get rid of the help box bottom right on my list and prep screen?

  I'm sorry this happened! Our team was able to make changes to correct this. Can you please try to log out, clear cache if you haven't already, log back in and see if you're still having the issue?

  I have the same problem, I did everything you suggest and it didn't work. Do you have another suggestion?
