There may be a time when you need to change the Ship From Address for a working shipment. To do this, just follow the steps below!
Note: These steps can only be taken when choosing the Old workflow for your shipments in Seller Central.
1. Make sure you're logged into Seller Central.
2. In Stratify, navigate to the List>List & Prep page and click on the shipment in your Working Shipments area.
3. You will be directed to its shipment page in Seller Central. Locate the current Ship From Address and click "Ship from another address" underneath it.
4. You will be brought to a page that displays your list of Contacts. Locate the correct address and click "Select" next to it.
Or, if you need to add the address to your Contacts first, click "Add Contact".
Once you select a new address, you will be brought back to the shipment page and will see that the address has been updated.
