Seeing this error as you list means that you are restricted from selling this brand or item by Amazon.

You will not be able to list this item through Seller Central or through Stratify. You will need to request approval in Seller Central in order to be ungated and successfully list it.

Note:  If you have recently gotten approval to sell the item, it may take some time for Amazon to update their API to reflect this. (We have seen it take around 24 hours to update.) Once it's been updated, the error will no longer return as you attempt to list the item.

There is a restriction in effect at the item level (because of Item-Level gatings on an offer)

For the item you are listing, Amazon has restricted marketplace sellers from selling against this ASIN with particular product conditions. For example, Amazon is only permitting listing against the ASIN for used items and the item you are selling is a new item.

Until they lift the restriction, you would not be able to sell this via FBA in the condition you chose. You could list it in a different condition to see if they accept it. It is also possible you can sell it as Merchant Fulfilled. 

Since Amazon typically returns this error after feeds have been synced for a batch, it will be displayed on the List>Amazon Listing Errors page in Stratify.
