If you've entered the weight & dimensions for your boxes in Stratify but find that they do not appear on the shipment page in Seller Central, there are a few reasons this can happen.
1. You are completing a shipment in Amazon using a non-partnered carrier.
Currently, Stratify can only communicate weight & dimensions to Amazon for shipments using a partnered carrier.
If you're using a non-partnered carrier, click "Skip This Step" to enter them in Seller Central.
Since hazmat items (dangerous goods) are not allowed to be shipped using a partnered carrier, you will also need to enter weight & dimensions for hazmat shipments directly in Seller Central as well. For more information, please see- Providing Box Weight & Dimensions for a Hazmat Shipment
2. You have more than 110 boxes in the shipment.
Due to API limitations, Stratify is only able to communicate weight & dimensions for up to 110 boxes per shipment. If you have more than 110 boxes, click "Skip This Step" as shown above to enter them in Seller Central.
3. There is an error with the box content information that needs to be corrected.
If you have received an error after transmitting your box content information to Amazon, it may need to be corrected before they will accept the weight & dimensions.
If you have received an error, navigate to List>Amazon Listing Errors in Stratify to determine what the issue is. You'll then need to correct the box content information and resend it to Amazon.
Steps to fix common box content issues can be found in the following section of our Troubleshooting Guide- Box Content Errors
