In October 2021, InventoryLab migrated over to a new payment processing system. For accounts with active subscriptions prior to migration, this is causing the subscription start date to show the date of the account migration instead of the actual start date of the paid period, however, the end date is correct.
Here is an example of how a subscription affected by this would appear on the My Account>Plan & Billing page:
Once your account is due for payment again and it processes, this date will update and properly reflect your paid period at that time.
