This message generally means that, for some reason, the status of a shipment in your account changed between InventoryLab and Amazon.
For example, this can happen if a shipment is marked as "Shipped" in Seller Central but InventoryLab may still think the shipment is in "Working" status.
Solution:
To clear this message, try clicking the Sync Shipments button next to Working Shipments in Stratify to update them with Seller Central.
