Currently, your Amazon Seller account can only be connected to one InventoryLab account at a time.
If you have an existing account with us and attempt to create a second InventoryLab account, you will see a message similar to the one below when attempting to bind it to Amazon:
You have previously signed up with another email account (********************il.com). Please login with this email address and password to resubscribe, or contact support
The email address used for the existing InventoryLab account will be included in the message but is encrypted for security purposes.
To continue service, you will need to log in using the email address and password that was set up for the original InventoryLab account. If the previous account has gone inactive, please see How Do I Reactivate My InventoryLab Account?
