The settings under Notifications affect the types of email notifications you receive and the pop-ups that appear in InventoryLab. You can toggle these options On or Off as needed.
Setting up Email Notifications
To manage your notification settings, click your Account Name and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click General from the left menu.
Next, scroll to the Notifications section.
Setting up Email Notifications
You can set up email notifications for your Reminders by turning this On.
Inbound Shipment Alert
Having this turned On notifies you once you navigate to Accounting>Inbound Shipping if you have one or more shipments that have not reconciled any shipment charges in the past 2 months. It also gives instructions on how to correct this if needed.
Box Content Confirmation
When turned On, a pop-up will appear after you transmit box content information to Seller Central. This notification lets you know that the information is processing and to wait a few moments before moving over to Seller Central to ensure Amazon doesn't return any errors.
Once you see a green Success message in InventoryLab for a shipment, this means Amazon has processed the box content information for it successfully, and you can finish it up in Seller Central.
Box Content Default
When you change the Box Content option while creating a batch, you'll be given the option to update the default settings for Box Content.
Commingled Item Alert
When turned On, a pop-up will appear to warn you that the item will be added as a commingled listing. For more information about commingling (NO_LABEL items), see Amazon's help article about using FBA virtual tracking.
Clicking Update Preference will take you to the page in Seller Central where you can modify your label settings. For more information on this, please see Turn Off Stickerless Commingling (NO_LABEL)
Note: If an item has previously been listed with the commingling setting turned on in your Seller account, but you are now wanting to label the item, you will need to use a new MSKU when adding it to a batch. This is because Amazon does not allow you to change the label type for an MSKU after creation. Once an MSKU has been listed as commingled, it will always be commingled.
Checking the Don't Show Me This Again box on any of these alerts will turn the respective settings Off automatically for you.
