InventoryLab can print properly formatted FBA labels using any one of the following brands of featured Thermal printers - DYMO (Windows or Mac) , Zebra (Windows or Mac), Brother or Rollo.
You can still print on the 30 label sheets from regular printers, but in order to get full advantage of the InventoryLab functionality, we suggest using one of the thermal printers above.
For more information on setting up your printer or how to print using the 30 label sheets, click here to go to our Printer Setup section.
The Printing option on the Settings page allows you to Set Up a Printer, where you will be able to choose your printer Brand, Model, and Label Type, as well as change your printing options.
Click on your name in the right-hand corner of the InventoryLab Stratify application and choose Settings:
Click on Printing in the menu that appears on the left-hand side:
Setting up a Printer
If this is your first time on the Printing page, you will see the Set Up Your Printer button in the center of the page, under the Manage Printer Section:
Clicking the Set Up Your Printer button will take you through the steps to install your thermal printer.
Since each printer brand requires a different process, we have the installation instructions listed on our Printer Setup page for each brand.
Printing Options
You have several options for printing your labels that help you automate the process, under the Manage Label Printing section:
After Adding to an FBA Batch: With this box checked, when you add an item to an FBA batch, the correct quantity of labels will automatically print.
After Adding to an MFN Batch: With this box checked, when you add an item to an MFN batch, the correct quantity of labels will automatically print.
After Quantity Edit: Check this box if you would like additional labels to automatically print when you increase the quantity on an item.
During Scan to Pack: Check this box if you prefer to scan the UPC on your items first while assigning box contents, and then automatically print and apply a label.
To turn On or Off any of the options, just click on the Toggle to the right of the option.
Change Settings on List & Prep
You can change your Auto-Print and expiration date print settings on the List & Prep page. Click 'Print Settings' next to Open Batches and the Settings page will appear so you can change your preferences.
