Providing Box Content Using Feeds - Box Weight & Dimensions for Hazmat Shipments

To ship hazmat items to Amazon, you must use a non-partnered carrier.  The box weight and dimensions will need to be entered when calculating shipping costs with the carrier and will not need to be re-entered in the InventoryLab workflow.

When sending your box content in InventoryLab, select SPD: Non-Partnered Carrier or LTL: Non-Partnered Carrier as the Shipping Method.

Choose your Carrier from the dropdown menu.  The options are:

• UPS (non-partnered)
• DHL
• FedEx
• USPS
• Other 

For SPD shipments, enter the Tracking ID for each box in the shipment.  Amazon currently allows a maximum of 50 characters to be entered for tracking IDs.

For LTL shipments, enter the PRO Number.  The number length must be between 4 and 30 characters.

Enter the Number of Pallets for the shipment.

Once you've entered the information and the box content feeds have finished processing, click Submit All to send the information to Amazon.

The box labels and pallet labels (for LTL) will automatically download as .PDFs to your computer's downloads folder.
