InventoryLab does not automatically account for multichannel fulfillment (MCF) orders, which are orders sold on another marketplace such as eBay, but fulfilled by Amazon.
If you receive a multichannel order, you will need to take the following steps in InventoryLab to account for them:
Adjust the inventory out in your Inventory > FBA page for the item.
Add the revenue to your Other Income
Add your MCF expenses to your Other Expenses
Adjust the inventory out in your Inventory > FBA page for the item.
1. Navigate to Inventory > FBA.
2. Locate the item and click on the item's MSKU to get to the replenishment detail page.
3. Select the editable Initial Quantity field and subtract the amount sold in a multichannel order.
4. Save.
Add the revenue to your Other Income
1. Navigate to Accounting > Other Income.
2. Click + Add in the top right corner.
3. Fill in the appropriate fields. Make sure the Category, Name, and Description are clear enough so that you can recognize what the transaction is for and what order. Save.
