If you find that the 'Search' button isn't pulling any results from the Amazon Catalog when trying to add items to your Open Batch, a third party browser plugin/extension or ad-blocker may be the cause.
If you're using an ad-blocker, try disabling it to see if this resolves the issue. You can also try setting it to not run on InventoryLab or adding InventoryLab's website to the whitelist to see if that helps.
If you don't have an ad-blocker installed, try opening a private/incognito window within your browser and try pulling up products in that window. If it works there, disabling all plugin/extensions in a normal browser window and enabling them one-by-one should help find the culprit.
Please also make sure you are using a supported browser. InventoryLab currently works with Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari.
