If you are listing an item that is already in your Inventory, we will automatically recognize this and provide you with an option to use the same MSKU.
By clicking the green Replenish button next to an Active MSKU, you will be replenishing the existing MSKU.
From there, all you'll need to do is enter the new purchase information (supplier, purchase date, and cost/unit), as well as the quantity you would like to add to your inventory, and Stratify will do the rest! A new replenishment row will be created automatically and the purchase details will be applied to the sales for the item on a FIFO (first in first out) basis.
Note: Only include the quantity of the product you would like to add to your inventory while listing. Stratify will automatically calculate and update the total for you.
For example:
You have 5 of widget A listed already with Amazon and you just scored 4 more of widget A that you also want to be available for sale. Click the green Replenish button shown above to create a replenishment and type 4 in the quantity field while listing.
Stratify will make sure that the total amount you have listed for sale with Amazon is 9.
Please keep in mind that inventory quantity and price changes made through Stratify may take 15-30 minutes to reflect in Seller Central. Due to how we send quantities by checking your current quantity and adding your replenished quantity, double-check your quantities after sending product feeds in case Amazon hasn't updated your current quantity reports after a recent sale.
If the MSKU you want to use is Archived or Deleted, clicking the Restore button next to it will reactivate the MSKU once feeds are synced for the batch.
If you are unable to click the Replenish or Restore button next to the MSKU you'd like to use, this typically means that the MSKU is for the opposite fulfillment channel than the batch.
For more information on this, please see- Why is the "Replenish" or "Restore" button grayed out?
In addition to replenishing, you also have the following options for your existing MSKUs:
Delete - Clicking the Delete button next to an MSKU will delete the MSKU from your Manage Inventory page in Seller Central. This cannot be undone.
In Stratify, this will also move the MSKU from the Listed view of your Inventory>FBA page to the Archived view.
Delete Matching MSKUs and Create New - Similarly, clicking the Delete Matching MSKUs and Create New will delete all the existing MSKUs for the item from your Manage Inventory page in Seller Central. This cannot be undone.
In Stratify, this will also move the MSKUs from the Listed view of your Inventory>FBA page to the Archived view.
Ignore Matching MSKUs and Create New - Clicking the Ignore Matching MSKUs and Create New button will create a new MSKU for the item.
If you are wanting to list the same product in a different condition than what it was listed as previously, or just want to create a separate listing for a product, this is the option to choose.
Note: Please keep in mind that Amazon typically frowns upon having multiple Active listings for the same ASIN in the same condition for most products.
