If you are listing an item that is already in your Inventory, we will automatically recognize this and provide you with an option to use the same MSKU.
By clicking on the green Replenish button, you will be replenishing your existing MSKU. All you'll need to do is enter the new sourcing information (supplier, purchase date, and cost/unit), as well as the quantity you would like to add to your inventory, and InventoryLab will do the rest! A Replenishment will be created automatically and the cost will be handled on a FIFO (first in first out) basis.
Note: Only include the quantity of the product you would like to add to your inventory while listing. InventoryLab will automatically calculate and update the total for you.
For example:
You have 5 of widgetA listed already with Amazon and you just scored 4 more of widgetA that you also want to be available for sale. Click the green Use button shown above to create a replenishment and type 4 in the quantity field while listing.
InventoryLab will make sure that the total amount you have listed for sale with Amazon is 9*.
If you need to split up cost on MSKUs in your current inventory, or if you'd like more details on Replenishments, here is a link directly to the portion of our User's Guide on Replenishments for you :)
*Inventory quantity and price changes made through InventoryLab may take up to 20 minutes to reflect in Seller Central.
