If you're not seeing that your box content information has successfully been accepted in Seller Central, you may need to resend the information from Stratify. To do so, follow along with the steps below!
1. From the List>List & Prep page, locate the shipment in the Working Shipments area, click the 3 horizontal lines next to it, and select Box Content Information.
2. On the Box Contents page, click Transmit Updated Boxes.
3. Adjust box weight and dimensions if needed and click Submit All, or click Skip This Step if you'd like to enter them in Seller Central.
4. Wait for the green Success message on the right-hand side of the page.
Refresh the shipment page in Seller Central and you should see that your box content information has transferred over at this point.
If this isn't the case, try clicking the 3 horizontal lines next to your shipment and choosing Refresh Box Option before refreshing the shipment page in Seller Central once more.
