If you've edited your box content information, you'll need to transmit the updated information to Amazon. To do so, follow along with the steps below!
Note: With the Send to Amazon workflow, you can only follow the steps below prior to navigating to the shipment's page in Seller Central. Once you are on the shipment page with Send to Amazon, changes can no longer be made through their API.
If you have already purchased shipping labels for the shipment, you will need to void the charges before making changes to the box weight and dimensions. For steps to void shipping labels purchased in InventoryLab, please see- How to Void Shipping Label Charges in InventoryLab

From the List>List & Prep page, locate the shipment in the Working Shipments area, click the 3 horizontal lines next to it and select Work on Shipment.
On the Box Contents page, click Purchase Shipping Labels.
A window will appear asking you to select how you want to complete the shipment in InventoryLab.
SPD: Partnered Carrier
Update the weight/dimensions for the boxes if needed.
If you made changes to any items in the shipment, click Resend Feeds and wait for them to process successfully. Then, click to proceed with estimating shipping charges and printing shipping labels.
Then, click Next: Estimate Charges to estimate shipping charges and print shipping labels.
Or, if only the weight/dimensions of the boxes were changed, click Next: Estimate Charges to proceed with purchasing and printing shipping labels.
SPD: Non-Partnered Carrier
Update the carrier and tracking IDs for the boxes if needed.
If you made changes to any items in the shipment, click Resend Feeds and wait for them to process successfully.
Click Submit All to send the updated information to Amazon.
The box labels will automatically download as a .PDF to your computer's downloads folder.

From the List>List & Prep page, locate the shipment in the Working Shipments area, click the 3 horizontal lines next to it and select Work on Shipment.
On the Box Contents page, click Purchase Shipping Labels. This will automatically resend the box content feeds.
A window will appear asking you to select how you want to complete the shipment in InventoryLab.
LTL: Partnered Carrier
Confirm the shipment ready date and contact/shipment information. Then, click Next.
This will take you to the screen where you can edit the weight/dimensions for the boxes and make any needed pallet adjustments before estimating shipping charges.
Note: If you're experiencing delays or slowness when entering your box and pallet information, try turning off extensions like LastPass on your browser. For help with managing your browser extensions, check these links for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

Once everything looks good, click Next: Estimate Charges to calculate shipping.
If you resent feeds, you'll need to wait for the green Success message confirming they were processed before you can proceed.
On the next screen, you can confirm the estimated shipping charges and print your box and pallet labels.
LTL: Non-Partnered Carrier
Update the Carrier, PRO Number, and Number of Pallets if needed.
Once you get the green box contents success message, click Submit All to send the updated information to Amazon.
The box labels and pallet labels will automatically download as .PDFs to your computer's downloads folder.
