Live Chat is typically available Monday - Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM Eastern, but the availability time is subject to change.
To open a chat, navigate to our Support Portal and click Help in the lower right corner of the page.
Type in your question, and then click Get in touch.
Next, click the Live chat option to get started when available.
Once you fill out your name, InventoryLab account email address, and a brief message, click Start chat you'll be able to Live Chat with the next available Customer Champion.
If you're not seeing the option to Live Chat it either means that it is currently outside of typical chat hours or that all Customer Champions are busy and not able to accept further chats. In this instance, you can click Leave a message to open a ticket for resolution.
