Navigate to our Support Portal and click on 'Help' in the lower right corner of the page. Type in your question, and then click 'Live Chat' to get started when available.
Once you fill out your name, account email, and a brief message, you'll be able to Live Chat with the next available Customer Champion.
If you're not seeing the option to Live Chat, it means that all Customer Champions are busy and not able to accept further chats. In this instance, you can open a ticket for resolution.
