You can update purchased details for deleted, closed, or blocked listings manually or in bulk from the Archived view of the Inventory>FBA or Merchant page. This will retroactively update the transactions for them to keep your accounting and report figures accurate.

The only time you want to update the purchase details for items on the Accounting>FBA or Merchant Sales pages directly is if the item is no longer in either your Listed or Archived Inventory views.
