Everyone has a different definition of a great rank. In this setting, you can personalize your own rank preference. We will use this information to color-code your search results inside of Scoutify!
Note: These settings are linked between Scoutify & InventoryLab, meaning any changes made to them in Scoutify will also reflect in InventoryLab, and vice-versa.
Setting your Great Rank preference
To access your Rank Threshold Settings in Scoutify, tap the settings icon in the lower right corner.
Scroll to the Product Alerts section and tap Rank Thresholds.
This will display the Total Items as well as the Great Rank percentage:
To set your Total Items (that the Great Rank is based on) tap on the number under Total Items:
Once you set it, make sure to tap on the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
To change the Great Rank percentage, tap directly on the number shown before the % sign. This becomes editable and you can modify to your preference.
This will also change the number to the right showing the number of items within that percentage, based on the Total items to give you an idea of how many items are in the Great Rank percentage you set:
Enter the percentage that you would like Scoutify to display in green as "great rank." In the example above, we would like Scoutify to indicate items that are ranked in the top 5% of their category in green.
To confirm your changes, tap the Save Changes button on the bottom of the page, as shown previously.
Once your Ideal Buy preferences are set up, you will see an Ideal Alert next to a product when searching for products.
You will also see the Ideal Alert on the Details screen when a product is categorized as an Ideal Buy based on your settings.
